At JVM Realty, it’s not just about the stunning apartments—it’s about the people.
Specializing in real estate investment and property management, JVM focuses on multifamily properties in the Midwest and their teams are known for their classic Midwestern manners.

To achieve this, JVM searched for a solution to anticipate needs and streamline the prospect and renter experience. Kadi Mancuso Rice, Vice President of Marketing and Sales for JVM Realty, knew exactly who to turn to.
Enter Realync. Years ago, Kadi utilized Realync to pre-lease a property by a staggering 30% before prospects even visited the building—prompting her to turn to Realync once more without hesitation.
JVM now utilizes Realync videos portfolio-wide to engage prospects and residents throughout the entire lifecycle, including a unique after-hours tour option called Realync Journeys.
We caught up with Kadi, Bri Dinwiddie, Heather Sapp, and Leigh Lyman from the JVM team to learn how Realync Journeys, specifically at their property, The Vue, has elevated their approach to prospect and resident engagement.
The Challenge
The Vue stands out with its resort-inspired amenities and airy floor plans in Overland Park. Heather Sapp, a Senior Regional Manager for JVM Realty’s Kansas City region, oversees operations at The Vue.
“We’re committed to illustrating our community’s welcoming and neighborly vibe to prospects who can’t tour in person or match our schedules, so we needed to find a way to show this online,” stated Heather.
This led the JVM team to integrate Realync videos and introduce Realync Journeys into their engagement strategy.
Realync Journeys, a website plugin, showcases Realync videos to spotlight community features in different touring paths. These tours offer website visitors a convenient way to explore the community at their own pace, day or night.
Bri Dinwiddie, the National Leasing and Marketing Manager at JVM Realty, took on a novel project to make Realync Journeys happen for her properties. In two months, Bri traveled to over 20 properties to capture, edit, and publish content to support their Realync Journeys strategy.
“In theory, it seems like a long time, but for 23 properties, it wasn’t bad! All JVM property websites now feature Realync Journeys including The Vue,” Bri shared.
“I spearheaded the capture of Realync Journeys content, making it a rewarding project for our Marketing and Sales Department in collaboration with our leasing associates.”

The Outcome
In two months, The Vue’s Realync Journeys resulted in 167 unique viewers, with a grand total of 4,254 across JVM’s whole portfolio.
“Realync Journeys has been instrumental in our success. We believe the video content can be used in all areas of business to achieve our goal of anticipating the customer’s needs,” said Kadi.
Not only has Realync helped JVM’s teams close deals through Realync Journeys and individual videos, but it’s also giving agents a sense of autonomy.
“Realync has really empowered our teams to unleash their creativity and feel a sense of control over their leasing efforts and on-site marketing,” Bri emphasized.
Leigh Lyman, the Leasing and Marketing Associate at The Vue, even weighed in on her excitement with Realync.
“I’ve been thrilled with the responses I get from prospects when I send them Realync videos. Realync’s real-time notifications when prospects watch my videos are fantastic—it lets me know they’re genuinely interested!” Leigh said.
Leigh shared a proud moment when she leased four apartments in one week by diligently sending follow-up emails with Realync videos, offering ‘sneak peeks’ of floor plans.
The Future Goal
To consolidate technology, it was always the goal for JVM to use Realync in a versatile way.
Kadi explained, “The deeper executive goal was to find a solution that could help us tour prospects after-hours but also help our residents and team members learn in a video format how to streamline everyday tasks such as:

👉 How to pay rent conveniently
👉 How to navigate to the property
👉 How to use community technology
👉 When upcoming resident and neighborhood events are
👉 How to resolve minor maintenance issues independently
In the future, JVM plans to build out monthly content recommendations to prompt their teams with the foundation for success, so it’s not the sole responsibility of the on-site teams.
